The original site was almost perfect - it had a wide range of quality products at an excellent price, was fast and efficient, and provided prints at a consistent level of quality.
The new site (touted as being developed by some of the best technicians in the business) is horrendous to use - slow, clunky, too many additional steps, less products, and poorer quality of prints.
A lot of professional photographers I have spoken to have already jumped ship and gone to other printers - and we are considering doing the same - which would be a shame as we have been customers since 2002.
So in the meantime, here's your new logo guys:

ha! as a former employee of the box, i find this very funny! i jumped ship over a year now as the ship was going down.
the site was months and months over budget, and alot of the "leading techs" quit during this project.
one comment "and poorer quality of prints" however, is not true. the front of house website has nothing to do with the backend production envoirnment. I know. I wrote the back end.
Having said that, they where looking at changing the whole back end from a trusted code base developed over 6 years, to an untested code using open source controls like gimp and some java based solution. good luck.
